100+ countries

Wander the lane less traveled

Hi! I'm Sasha – My mom is Indian, and my dad is Russian, Polish, and German so my nickname growing up was “the Hinjew." In my family, this basically meant I came out of the womb negotiating and traveling with 50+ people for family vacations. At age five, I packed a suitcase, told my parents I was off to go travel the world, and went to the street corner holding a sign that said “take me anywhere.” Thankfully no one picked me up but I vowed to eventually go somewhere. As of today, I have been to more than 100 countries.

First, a little about me and how I've been able to marry my work with my love for luxury travel and curating incredible humans

I started my career working in finance as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers where I did M&A and IPOs for tech companies. My passion for those innovative businesses is what led me to being an operator the last decade focused on strategy, product, GTM and business development in the consumer and future tech spaces. Over the course of my career, I’ve been able to do some really cool things like lead a team that built the world's first semi-autonomous robot that follows you at Piaggio Group, ran one of the biggest loyalty and subscription programs in the world at Uber, and invest in women-led companies that are changing beverage, beauty, automation and more.

Taking all my learnings and network, I started investing, advising and sharing my knowledge

I’ve served as a keynote speaker at the WSJ Future of Everything Festival, Skift, Collision, CES, and more, was a former Global Ambassador for Women in Travel, named one of the top 35 leaders under the age 35 to watch in the travel industry by Phocuswright and been in Wired, Bloomberg, Techcrunch and more.

My business background is one of my most useful superpowers when it comes to planning trips

Because of my inside look into the travel industry, I know exactly how to utilize loyalty programs, strategically plan itineraries, utilize my network to get access to private experiences and villas, and finagle deals to make your money go as far as possible when you’re adventuring abroad. Thanks to my prior roles, I've had the pleasure of building an incredible network of executives across disciplines and backgrounds — many of them women who I knew had both the means and desire for luxury group travel, but didn't have the bandwidth or know-how to plan. I decided to bring them along for the ride, using my talents to curate groups to bond on incredible five-star, FOMO-free adventures.

If ballin’ on a budget was an art, you could call me Picasso

I started planning luxury group adventures in college because I realized the power of numbers and how I could have infinitely nicer trips if I traveled in a group. Now, I plan trips for curated groups where we do purpose based travel such as learning a skill (sailing in Bora Bora), exploring remote places (fly-in safari in Namibia) and long-weekend getaways in the Caribbean at insta-worthy villas.

As a working female, I never felt the travel industry catered well to my demo — groups of professional women traveling (single or married, with or without kids) so I started doing it for myself. We turn a lot of heads when our all-girl group checks into a 5* hotels asking for private picnics on deserted islands and rose petals baths. :) To date, I think I've been on a 15 year platonic honeymoon with my friends.
